Whenever your cart reaches over $85 (excluding taxes, discounts, and rewards), you’re eligible for Free Shipping! Just remember to select the Free Shipping option at checkout. Please note that we prioritize paid shipping customers first.

*Important: Adult Signature Service Required*

To comply with federal regulations, all vape mail orders need Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. You’ll need to show a valid government-issued photo ID to receive your package.

This service adds an extra $7, which you’ll see at checkout. If it’s more convenient for you, we’re happy to ship to a business address, but we cannot send packages to PO Boxes.

We generally take 24 to 72 business hours to process your order before it ships. You’ll get a tracking email confirming that your package is on its way. The Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided during checkout.

- *Western U.S.:* 1-3 business days*
- *Eastern U.S.:* 6-20 business days*
- *International Packages:* No specific estimate available. Tracking will show movement from our facility to the U.S. international sort facility. For updates once it arrives in your country, please contact your local customs agency.

During busy holiday seasons or sales surges, processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to deliver your packages quickly!

We process orders Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST. Our shipping carriers take a break on weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

*Return to Sender Policy*

If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address (like an incorrect or incomplete address), we aren’t required to issue a refund or resend the order. However, if items come back to us, we’ll gladly offer a refund minus the postal expense.

If a package is returned because the carrier couldn’t collect the adult signature and ID, we may deduct a $14 restocking fee from the refund. Additionally, we’re happy to reship a replacement order only after the original package is back with us.
